Complaints

Upon receipt of the product you are obliged to, within a reasonable time to examine the product to ensure that it matches what you ordered.

Unless better conditions are indicated for each product, we give the Danish Sale of Goods Act after a complaint at 24 months on all goods.

Complaints Court means that you as a customer can complain about the deficiencies of the product which proves up to 24 months after you received the goods.

It is essential that these deficiencies are not caused by your incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior that has led to shortages. It is also an assumption that the defect was present when you received the product the first time. You advertise within the first 6 months it is understood that the defect was present when you received the goods.

You must claim within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. Advertise you within 2 months of complaint may be deemed always to be timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs, as you may have in connection with returning goods when your complaint is justified.

It is also possible to deliver the goods in person at the above address by prior arrangement.

When you return the product, please provide order number on the package, and be able to produce receipts and proof of payment for goods.

You may as consumer demand that we:

- Fill gaps or provide a new non-defective product.

This assumes that your complaint is justified, and that repair / replacement delivery not entailing excessive costs for us

We may choose to offer to replace remediation with replacement, so you get a new product to replace the old.

We can not overcome, and you do not want replacement is trading back.

Once we have made us aware of your complaint, we will contact you in writing at. email to agree the way forward.

Returns
As a consumer / private trader, you have a right of withdrawal. This means that you can cancel your purchase after you have signed an agreement to purchase.

You can avail yourself of your withdrawal by that you refuse to receive the goods or by transferring the product to the freight agent / post office.

If you receive the goods, you must have used up your right to cancel within 14 days after you received the goods.

It will tell you later on 15th days after you received the goods must return them to us

You can avail yourself of your return if the goods are returned in same condition and number as when you received.

The right of withdrawal lapses therefore entirely if you have taken the product in use.

By purchasing our products in the webshop is the intact original packaging is always a significant proportion of the value. Packaging must therefore always be sent with the return of the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met.

When you use withdrawal, you must pay for the load when you return the goods. Goods returned in accordance with requirements will therefore be rejected.

It is not possible to dispose of returned goods in person at our address.

When you return the product, please provide order number on the package and enclose a copy of your receipt for the purchase of the product, contact info (email address) where we can contact you regarding your return product, and indicate to the bank account the amount of returned goods must be paid.

When you regret your purchase refunded the purchase price to you by a transfer to your bank when we have been given your full account number. Remember we will not reimburse your expenses for freight / transportation and we do not pay the costs of paying for a foreign bank account.

Once we receive the product back and checked that it meets the conditions for that withdrawal can be exploited, we will send you money. You should expect that it may take up to 14 days.

We do not believe that the conditions that you can use right of withdrawal is fulfilled, we will contact you by. e-mail with your reasons. In this case we send the goods back to the address you specify.
