1. Select Product

- enter fx. The Bowl and choose which size and variation you choose to order. Click on the small pictures to enter the desired product or choose in the box the product you wish to order.

 

2. Add to shopping bag

- Put the product in the basket by clicking the icon for the basket. Now you will enter the basket and you can see how many items you have in the basket. If you wish to continue shopping, click continue shopping and if you wish to check out, click check out.

 

3. Is it possible to add more products to the basket at once?

- Yes, by denoting amount in front of every product and pushing "put in basket" on any product. All the chosen amount of products are then put in the basket.

 

4. Is it necessary to put the amount in the input field in front of a product to purchase it?

- Yes, if you wish to purchase more than one piece. If you only want to place 1 in the basket, you don’t need to write this. If you press “put in basket” without denoting the amount, it will put 1 in the basket. If you denote the amount, you can just press “enter” which is the same as pressing “put in basket” with the mouse.

 

5. Why can I not put items in the basket?

- It can be because the item is sold out or if you wish to buy more than are in stock at the time.
-  This shop is tested and should work in all browsers. Standard today is that javascript and cookies are turned on, but if you have turned it off in the browser, you have to approve this page to use these things.


6. Shopping bag

- You can see what is in your shopping bag by holding the mouse over the shopping bag icon in the left side. A mini basket will appear. Click on the “shopping bag” icon and you will come to the basket

 

7. What do I do if you receive a package that is destroyed or has products missing?

- This should not happen but if it does please call us or write to info(a)munioshop.com and have your order number ready.

 

8. What do I do if I cannot log in?

- Primarily you need to make sure that you have entered your username and password correctly. Please note that it is case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password you can click ”forgot password” just below the login box. Please write your e-mail address and you will immediately receive an automatic mail with user name and password.

 

9. Is it possible to preorder goods?

- No unfortunately not. The goods will be up for sale only when they are in stock. All goods will be shown in the shop even if they are sold out. In  this case we will write that the delivery is on its way and an expected timeframe. If you enter more goods than we have in stock, you will be notified that the amount of goods cannot be placed in the basket.
- You can also send us an e-mail at info(at)munioshop.com and we will let you know when we expect the goods to be in stock.

 

10. Will there be new goods in the shop?

- Yes, the next collection is in the works and being created. We will inform our customers about new products and press clippings.


11. Is it possible to receive a demo login?

- No, unfortunately not. To make sure we can follow the developments of the shop and service our customers in the right way, we need to limit the amount of users on the web site in the beginning.
